Parish Registration

You may register as a parishioner in one of three ways:  Download the form below and complete it on-line then save the file and return it via email to: akeefe@stmaryscituate.org  or print a blank form out to complete and mail it to St. Mary of the Nativity, One Kent Street, Scituate 02066 or drop it off at to the church office located in the Parish Center during parish office hours.
